Reviewing items of interest to full time motorhome travelers.
From time to time, we’ll review various products or services that we find, that may be of interest to full time motorhome travelers. I will, for example, be reviewing everything from something as small and inexpensive as X-Treme Tape (glueless, self-sticking silicon tape is a product no motorhome – or even bricks and sticks home – should be without), to the Goluk T3 WiFi Dashcam (a dashcam is a must to prevent becoming a victim to accident insurance scams), to RV parks (when we get there). Becky and I will also review things that are related to travel, in general. For example, I’ll be reviewing the Zhiyun Smooth-II 3-axis iPhone gimbal (a 3-axis gimbal is a must for those sweeping panorama videos). Hey. Even if we just find a place to get great coffee, along the way, we’ll share that with you, too. After all, we’re coffee aficionados… actually, the proper phrase is probably coffee connoisseurs… OK! OK!… I admit it… We’re coffee snobs. There! I said it. The point is that if we find great coffee, a great RV park, a great mechanic, a great accessory, or a great pocket brewery, we’ll let you know about it. We’ll also warn you against anything that we find to be really bad.
By the way. I’m a techno-geek, so when I write a review, I’ll do my best to keep it simple, in the beginning and save the technical details for the end. That way, those who what just the facts can stop reading half way through, while those who want the nuts and bolts, can read the whole thing.
Some of our reviews will come out right away, since they don’t require a motorhome, to have experience with the particular product or service. But most will have to wait, till we actually decide on a motorhome and have experience with the product or service. For example, we’ve used large, full-house water softeners, for many years. So we know what to look for in a motorhome water softener. But until we get it installed and actually use it for a while, we won’t be able to review it. We’ll be installing pass-through, looping DVRs on all of the coach’s cameras. But again, that review will have to wait, till we actually have the motorhome, with the DVRs installed and running.
